Second Wind has been seen at various venues including Rockfords On The Waterfront Festival, Cherry Valley Days, The Groove Walk, Rockford Speedways Chili Cookoff, Winnabago County Fair, Stillman Valley Fall Festival and several of the local pubs and taverns all across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin just to name a few. They have also been RAMI nominees for four years running. Performing cover tunes from old school country to the top forty hits of today Second Wind shows to be one of the most versitile bands in the circut today. Second Wind also has a little bit of a wild side performing oldies and classic and southern rock tunes from artist like Pat Benetar, Janus Joplin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Stevey Ray Vaugne. The members of Second Wind thrive on there hard driven perfomances and stage show along with the soothing belly rubbers that leave the fans in awe. With our front girl Kayla, and Doug on guitar and vocals and Stu on bass and vocals they show they can keep the show and the party alive and moving no matter what the size of the venue they are playing. Lets not forget about Eds on drums and our newest member John on lead guitar. The combination of all in no less that a wonderful mix of music and sound that leaves the crowd begging for more.
